Kyle Hines closes out the One Team training second phase.

Last practice of the second phase for the 23 boys from Arcadia Institute classes. After the first two phases dedicated to creation of a team identity and communication, we now moved on to the topic of emotional management, working in particular on controlling frustration and anxiety, alongside the technical objective of shooting.

The guest of the afternoon was One Team Ambassador Kyle Hines, who immediately participated in a Knock Out challenge with all the boys. Collaboration and communication were the stars of the games played afterwards with Kyle.

In addition, Hines answered to the many questions asked by the children, who had a variety of curiosities about him and about his career. He explained to them how his passion for basketball was born, revealing his playing preferences and the reasons why he chose Europe over the NBA. Kyle then wanted to know from each boy what his most favorite moment of the whole “One Team” journey was and their “dream in the closet.” Hines then rewarded the boys with a nice gift, namely a huge chocolate egg that they all opened together and ate, after which there was an autograph session and souvenir photos. The afternoon then ended with two 3 vs 3 games in each half of the court. After the upcoming Easter break, practice will resume on Tuesday, the 18th always under the lead of One Team coaches.
